Reserve Margaret River Chardonnay

EVOI Reserve Margaret River Chardonnay is sourced from the estate vineyard in Margaret River.

Chardonnay is a hallmark Margaret River variety; it prospers in Wilyabrup soils. The surrounding Indian Ocean fosters a Mediterranean climate, providing ideal growing conditions.

The fruit is selectively handpicked, whole bunch pressed and fermented with wild yeast. Malolactic fermentation occurs in French oak barrels.

A high proportion of solids is left in the barrel. They undergo weekly bâtonnage, or lees stirring, during maturation.

Deep yellow, EVOI Reserve Margaret River Chardonnay has piercing bright fruit flavours, balanced natural acidity and a long finish. Cellaring potential is seven years.
